Glowish Agro Tech Solutions Private Limited is based in Sudna, Daltonganj, which is in the Palamu district. Our office is located at Naveen Kumar Dwivedi’s place in Nimiya. Palamu is known for being quite hot and dry, and that definitely affects the kind of agro-tech work we think about. We aren't some big city firm with shiny computers and glass walls. Our setup is pretty simple, tucked away in the residential part of Sudna. We spend a lot of time discussing how technology can actually work for a farmer who doesn't have much water or a huge budget. It’s more about practical solutions than big ideas. Naveen and the rest of us are usually busy with paperwork or meeting people who travel in from the outer parts of Daltonganj. We don't use much fancy language because we’re talking to people who work the land every day. They don't care about corporate talk; they just want to know if something works. The office can be a bit crowded sometimes when we have visitors, and the power goes out more often than we’d like, but we make do. We are just a small private limited company trying to bring a bit of modern tech to the traditional ways of farming here in Jharkhand. It’s a slow process, but we are here for the long haul in Palamu, doing what we can with the resources we have.
