Rattan Aac Block Industry

We are located in Damoh, over in Tehsil Palampur, not too far from the Kali Mandir. You’ll see us there if you’re heading that way. We spend our time making and moving AAC blocks. It’s heavy work and the yard is always full of stacks of blocks waiting to go out to building sites. We started this because there was a need for building materials around here. The machines run for most of the day, and there is always a layer of dust on everything, which is just part of the job. We have a few guys who handle the production and others who manage the loading. It isn't a silent place to work, that’s for sure. People from the local villages and builders from town come to us when they are starting a new project. We talk to them about how many blocks they need and when we can get them delivered. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially when the ground gets muddy and the trucks struggle to get in and out. But we manage. We aren't some big industrial giant. We are just a local industry trying to provide what’s needed for construction in this part of Palampur. We keep things pretty simple. If you need blocks, you come by the temple area and find us. We keep our heads down and focus on making sure the blocks are decent enough for people to build their homes with. It’s hard work but it's ours.
