Smile Kraft Multy Speciality Dental Clinic

We are located in Nawahata. It's a local spot where everyone seems to know everyone else. The clinic is just a simple building where we’ve been working for several years. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just a clear one so people know where to turn. Inside, the setup is pretty basic. We have the dental chairs and the tools we need for the day. There’s no big waiting room with a television; just some chairs and maybe an old newspaper. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who come in. Since Nawahata isn't a huge place, we often know the families. We deal with everything from toothaches to more involved dental work. It’s not a corporate office with a bunch of rules. We just open up in the morning and see who comes in. Sometimes it’s very busy and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don't use much fancy language when we talk to patients. We just tell them what we see. We try to keep the place cool during the hot months, though the fans are usually enough. The Nawahata area is where most of us grew up, so it feels right to be working here. We have a little fan that squeaks a bit when it's on high, but it keeps the air moving. We don't have any of those high-tech screens that show you videos. We just talk to you or let you listen to the radio. The floor is concrete but we painted it gray. We handle our own trash and keep the front step swept.
