M/S Kirloskar Constructions & Engineers Ltd

Our setup is located in Sikka Village, near the Nawdiha post office in the Paton area. This is in the Palamau district of Jharkhand, which is quite a rural place. Kirloskar Constructions & Engineers has been working out of this area for quite some time now. Our office is just a simple building that serves as our home base for all the construction projects we handle in the district. It’s not a high-tech environment. We have basic furniture and a lot of maps of the local villages on the walls. Working in Palamau means we have to be ready for anything, like bad roads or power cuts. Most of our workers are local people who know how to get things done without needing a lot of direction. We aren't here to make a big show of ourselves. We just take on the projects that come our way and work on them until they are finished. Some days are very long and exhausting, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a structure finally stand up. We don’t use any marketing fluff because it doesn’t help us build anything. We just talk to each other plainly and keep things moving. It’s a hard, honest life out here in Jharkhand, and we are fine with that. We just do the work and let that be enough.
