We are located near Coimbatore, right by the Vadakanthara post office. It’s a busy enough spot with a lot of people passing through on their way to the city. Our building isn't anything special to look at, but it stays cool inside which is good for the stock. We spend a lot of time checking the shipments that come in. There’s always another box to open or a shelf to fill up. Working in the pharma business means you spend a lot of time looking at tiny print on labels. We have to be careful about where everything goes. The back room is where we keep most of the bulk stuff. It’s just a few of us working here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to mopping the floor at the end of the shift. We are close to the road so you can hear the traffic all day long. Sometimes people stop in because they saw our sign while driving toward Coimbatore. We don't have a big front showroom, just a simple counter and some chairs. It’s a lot of routine work, keeping the inventory updated and making sure the deliveries are on time. We just try to stay organized and keep the place running smoothly without any fuss. There is always a stack of paperwork waiting on the desk at the end of the day. It’s basic, honest work that keeps us busy.
