Villaggio Private Limited is situated at 19/76 in Manjalungal. We are part of the Kalladipatta P.O. area. It is a bit of a trek if you are not from around here, but it is a peaceful spot to have an office. We have been in this building for quite some time now. It is nothing fancy, just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions from the outside world. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which we really appreciate. Sometimes you can hear the birds or the local traffic passing by on the main road. We handle our day-to-day tasks with a small crew of people. Everyone knows what they are supposed to do, so things run okay. We do not have a lot of formal meetings; we just talk over our desks when something comes up. It is much faster that way. Being in Kalladipatta means we are away from the main city noise and the pollution. We like it that way. Most of our staff are from the surrounding villages, so we have a good connection to the local community. We understand the land and the people here. It is a simple life, and our work reflects that. We do not use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the jobs are finished and the papers are filed correctly. It is honest work. The office stays pretty cool even in the summer because of the trees. We usually start early to beat the heat.
