Vijey Minerals

Vijey Minerals is located out in Kavassery Post, which is part of Alathur. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but it is where the work is. We deal with minerals and the stuff that comes from the ground. It is dusty work, and our clothes usually show it by the time we go home. The area around Kavassery is quiet compared to the big cities, which we mostly like. We have been here for a while, and the local people know us. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just the owner and a small crew of guys who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. The equipment we use is old, but we maintain it ourselves and it gets the job done. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from the city, which can slow things down, but we find other things to do in the meantime. We don't have a polished showroom. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us near the loading area or in the small shed we use as an office. We focus on the minerals and making sure the trucks are loaded properly. It is straightforward, physical work. We don't make it out to be more than it is. Just a local business in Alathur, trying to do things the right way without too much fuss.
