Valluvanad Constructions

We are Valluvanad Constructions. Our office is located in Aiswarya Enclave on College Road here in Palakkad City. We aren't far from the Collectors Banglow, which is a well-known spot in the 678014 area. Palakkad is a nice place to live and work. We spend a lot of time dealing with the humidity and making sure our builds can handle the heavy rain we get around here. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and cement samples lying around. We aren't corporate people at all. We wear boots and spend most of our time out in the sun at the sites. College Road can be busy with students and traffic, but we've got a good little spot here. People come to us because they want something built without a lot of fuss or drama. We talk to them plainly about what's possible and what isn't within their budget. It's all about being practical. We’ve worked on a lot of houses and some smaller commercial spots around the city over the years. We don't have a grand vision, just a desire to do a solid job on every project we take on. It’s a small team here. We know each other's families and we know most of our clients by name. That’s how we like to keep things. It makes the work feel more personal and less like just another job for a stranger.
