Our office is located at Krishna Home, which is Door Number 9/393 in the Sivankunnu area of Mannarkkad. Being here in Palakkad, we are used to a certain way of doing things. It feels more like a home than a bank, which probably makes sense since we are in a building called Krishna Home. We spend our time managing savings accounts and helping folks with small loans when they need them. It’s not about being a big corporate entity; it’s about being accessible. You’ll usually find one or two of us at the desk, likely working through a pile of paper forms or updating the registers by hand. We aren't always perfectly organized, and sometimes there's a bit of a wait if several people show up at once, but we always get through it. We don't use any polished marketing or slick brochures. We just talk to people face to face. Most of our members are friends or family of people who already use our services. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We’ve stayed in Sivankunnu because it’s where we belong. We just want to provide a practical place for people to save their money without any unnecessary complications or big-city attitudes.
