Our place, Tot International Business Developmentsolutions Private Limited, is located at 2/79H in Minibazaroorakam. It’s a little spot in the Kizhunuri area. The name is a bit of a mouthful, we know. We mostly work on helping small businesses figure out how to grow. It’s not always easy work, and there are days when we just stare at spreadsheets for hours. The office is tucked away, so if you’re not careful, you might walk right past it. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have stacks of papers on most of the tables and the chairs are a bit mismatched. But it’s where we do our thing. Most of us who work here are locals. We like the Minibazaroorakam neighborhood because it’s peaceful and people are friendly. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just talk to our clients like normal people. If something is going wrong, we say so. If something is working, we try to do more of it. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We don't use a lot of big words or business jargon that no one understands. We just try to be helpful and get the job done so everyone can move on to the next thing. Some days are better than others, but that’s just how business goes. We’re just regular folks trying to help other folks get ahead.
