We are based over on Chitoor Road in Palakkad. Our office is part of the Builtech Foundation setup. It’s a well-known spot in the area. Palakkad has a specific way of doing things, and we fit right in with that. We focus on residential projects. It’s mostly just a few of us working on the plans and managing the sites. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. Our meetings usually happen over a cup of tea. We talk about what needs to be done and then we go out and do it. The local climate here is different from the coast, so we build with that in mind. It gets quite hot, so shade and ventilation are big deals for us. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We just build houses that work for real people and their families. Chitoor Road is a good location because we can get to different parts of Palakkad quickly. We’ve built up a decent network of workers and suppliers over the years. They know how we like things done. Sometimes there are delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate. We just deal with it as it comes. It's a practical way of working. We aren't big on fancy offices or uniforms. We just want to get the houses built and move on to the next one. It’s a steady life and we like being here in this part of Kerala.
