Thenur Living Private Limited

Thenur Living Private Limited is based out of the Builtech Foundation building. We are on Chitoor Road in Palakkad. It is a busy street with a lot of movement. Our office is a simple space where we work on different housing and living projects. We are a small group of people who have been in this line of work for a while. We do not have a big corporate culture or any formal meetings. We just sit around and discuss what needs to be done for the day. Palakkad is a good place for us because we understand the local conditions and what people are looking for. We do not spend money on advertisements or social media stuff. We just let our work speak for us. The office is often filled with the smell of tea and the sound of the ceiling fan. We have a lot of sketches and floor plans pinned to the walls. It is a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we have disagreements about how a project should go, but we always work it out. We are just trying to build decent places for people to live. We do not make any big claims about being the best in the business. We just do our best and hope it shows in the final result.
