Techno

Techno is our small business based out of Nellaya in Palakkad. We’ve been operating in this part of Kerala for some time now. It is a quiet area compared to the big cities, but there is always plenty of work to do. We handle all sorts of technical stuff that comes our way. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular building along the road, but we have everything we need inside. People from all around Nellaya come to us when they have issues with their electronics or need some advice on what to buy. We aren't interested in being a big chain or anything like that. We like knowing our customers by name and hearing about their families. Palakkad can get really hot, especially in the afternoons, so we usually take a bit of a break when the sun is at its highest. Our workbenches are usually covered in various gadgets and wires. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just do the work and hope people are satisfied enough to come back next time. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here. We enjoy being part of the local community and helping out where we can. There’s a certain rhythm to the days in Nellaya that we’ve grown to appreciate over the years we’ve been open. There is a big tree near the entrance that gives us some shade in the mornings.
