Techfans Water Proofing & Building Solutions Limited Liability Partnership is located in Pattambi at 11/595 Kodiyil Complex. Waterproofing is one of those jobs that people only think about when things go wrong. We spend a lot of our time on roofs or in basements looking for where the water is getting in. It’s a very practical kind of work. The office in Kodiyil Complex is where we store the chemicals and the membranes we use. It’s not a very pretty office, but it’s functional. We have a lot of buckets and rollers lying around most of the time. Pattambi is a busy town, and we are often traveling to nearby villages to help someone with a leaky house. The Kerala rains are no joke, so we stay very busy for half the year. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone and heading out to take a look at a problem. We explain things in plain English to the homeowners so they know what’s happening. We aren't into high-tech jargon, even if our name says "tech." We just want to make sure the water stays outside where it belongs. It’s honest, hard work and we take a lot of pride in seeing a dry ceiling after a big storm. That's what we do every day.
