We are located at 40/563, right on the Noorani side of Palakkad on Kannanmannadiar Housevithunni Road. It is a bit of a mouthful of an address to say over the phone, but it is where we do all our daily work. Mostly we deal with milk and the various things you can make from it. It’s a busy place, especially in the early mornings when the supplies come in and we have to get everything processed and packed before the heat starts. We’ve been here for a good while now, and the neighbors are used to the noise of the delivery trucks coming and going. Palakkad gets pretty hot in the summer, so keeping everything cool and fresh is our main priority every single day. We aren't some massive factory with thousands of employees, just a local dairy business trying to do things the right way. My cousin helps with the accounts in the back and I handle the main floor operations. Some days are definitely smoother than others. We make things like curd and ghee when we have enough extra milk at the end of the week. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the product and making sure it gets to the local people who need it. If you walk down the road in Noorani, you won’t miss us.
