Sthira Developers Private Limited has its office at No. 12/470 on Eruppassery Roadkavilpad. We are located in Puduppariyaram II Village in Palakkad, Kerala 678012. We are a small team of people who focus on local building projects. Palakkad is a busy place, but we try to keep things calm at our office. We do everything from planning out a small plot to seeing a house through to the end. It isn't a massive operation. We mostly hire people from the nearby villages when we have a big job on. We don't have a professional photographer taking pictures of everything we do. Most of our stuff is just recorded on our phones for the records. We spend a lot of time on Eruppassery Road. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much, but we get used to it. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things. If a client has a question, they usually just call my mobile or stop by the office in Puduppariyaram. We try to be fair with everyone. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat here in Palakkad, which makes site work pretty tough in the afternoons. But we keep moving along. We’ve been at this for a while, and we know the local land pretty well. It's just a regular local business. We keep our tools ready and our plans simple.
