Sndp Hospital

Sndp Hospital is located right in Malappuram. It’s a local place that’s been part of the landscape for a while. If you walk through the doors, you’ll see we don’t go in for anything fancy. The hallways are long and have that echo you find in old buildings. We spend a lot of time walking back and forth between the different rooms. In Malappuram, the weather can get pretty warm, so we keep the fans going as fast as they’ll spin. There’s always a bit of a crowd near the entrance, families talking and waiting for news. We have some wooden benches that have been there forever. Our staff is mostly local, so we speak the language and know the shortcuts around town. It’s not a quiet place, there’s always someone calling out a name or the sound of a cart being pushed down the hall. We write everything down in big ledgers and try to keep the paperwork from taking over our desks. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t have a lot of flashy signs. Just the name Sndp Hospital on the front. We deal with all sorts of things, from small scrapes to people who need to stay over for a few nights. It’s just a community hospital doing the daily work. It’s tiring sometimes, but we’re here every day, just like everyone else in Malappuram.
