Smera Edu Solutions is on the first floor of Beema Arcade. We are located at Plot No. 20 in Pattambi. Our building is near Thalappi Masjid Road, which is a fairly well-known landmark around here. We work on education-related stuff. It’s a lot of sorting through materials and talking to people about their needs. The office isn't very large, just some desks and a lot of cabinets for all the paperwork we have to keep track of. Being on the first floor is nice because we’re a little away from the noise of the street, but you can still hear the hustle and bustle from the masjid road. Sometimes the stairs in Beema Arcade feel a bit steep at the end of a long day. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s just a regular office where we come to work every morning. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come up the stairs and find us. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the day, so it’s never exactly the same. Some days are slow and we just reorganize the files, while other days are quite hectic. We don't use any corporate talk about our goals or missions. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as practical as possible. It’s just how we run things here in Pattambi.
