Our business, Sk Boilers Pvt Ltd Cochin, is actually operated from Edathara in Palakkad. We are based at Koothuparampu House. It is a family-style setup, which is common in this part of Kerala. Palakkad can get very hot, but we have plenty of trees around the house to keep things a bit cooler. Working from the 678611 area means we are part of a close-knit community. Most of our neighbors know what we do. The office is just a part of the house where we’ve set up our computers and files. We deal with boiler work all over the region, but this is where the planning happens. It’s quiet here, which is nice when you’re trying to look over technical drawings or figure out a schedule. We aren't in a big industrial park or a city center. We like the fact that we can finish work and be right at home.
