Sea Bird Shipping

We are located at V/708(3) in Ramanathapuram, which is in Palakkad, Kerala. It is a busy part of the state for trade. Shipping is a complicated business, but we try to keep it as simple as we can. Our office is a modest one. We don't have any marble floors or fancy art on the walls. It is just a place to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the ports. Kerala weather is something else. When the monsoon hits, everything slows down. We have to be very careful that the rain doesn't get into the storage area. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a local shipping office with a few dedicated staff members. Most of us have lived in Palakkad our whole lives. We know the local customs and how to talk to people around here. We don't have a slogan or a brand identity. We are just known as the sea bird office near the main road. It is honest work. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to fix them. We don't hide behind a customer service department. You just talk to us directly. We spend our evenings closing up the yard and making sure everything is locked tight. Then we do it all again the next morning. It is a steady way to live.
