We don't go for any of that corporate style. You won't find any slick brochures or high-tech displays here. We just have our desks and some chairs. We talk to people in plain English or the local language. It is much better that way. No one wants to deal with complicated terms when it comes to their money. We just try to be helpful and straightforward. The traffic on Perinthalmanna Road can be quite a lot during the day, but it’s quiet enough inside the tower. We just do our daily tasks and help out the people who walk in. It’s a simple local setup. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a local business for local needs in Pandikkad. That is how we have always operated.
