Rightway Promoters

Rightway Promoters is located over in Ayyapuram, near the L D School in the Kalpathy area. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part, except for the times when the school kids are all out on the street. Our office is just a basic room with a few desks and a lot of maps and papers spread out everywhere. We have been here for some time now, dealing with land and property matters in the local area. It is not a corporate setup with fancy furniture or people in suits. Most of the time, it is just us sitting here answering the phone or talking to people who drop by to ask about a plot of land. We know these streets around Kalpathy really well because we are out walking or driving through them every day. Some days are very slow and we just sit and read the paper, and other days we are running around trying to get paperwork signed at various offices. We do not use any big sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what is available and what the prices are. The building we are in is a bit old, and the fans make a bit of noise, but it works for what we need. It is a straightforward business and we try to keep things honest and plain for everyone who comes through the door.
