It’s always busy and there’s a certain energy to it. We are property developers. We mostly spend our time looking at land and figuring out what can be done with it. It’s not just about building; it’s about the whole process from start to finish. We are an LLP, so it’s a small partnership. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few people who know what they are doing. The office is often full of maps and legal papers. Developing property in a place like this means dealing with a lot of old buildings and narrow streets. It’s a challenge but it keeps things from being boring. We don't have a polished pitch to give anyone. We just talk about the land and the potential of the projects we are working on. Most days we are out meeting landowners or checking on site developments. It’s a lot of phone calls and driving around. We’ve been on Cherootty Road for a while and we plan to stay. It’s a good spot for a business like ours. We just keep moving forward with one project at a time. We don't really do big advertising or anything fancy like that.
