Our place, Ramdas Clinic And Nursing Home, is tucked away inside Kalarikkal Apartments. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are part of an apartment complex, but it works for us and the people who live nearby. It makes things convenient for the neighbors. We have been operating here for a while, dealing with all kinds of health issues that walk through the door. The rooms aren't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when several people arrive at once, but we manage. You won’t find any shiny marble floors or high-tech screens in the lobby here. It’s just basic chairs and a desk where we keep the files. The staff is used to the routine. We handle general nursing care and clinic visits throughout the day. People usually come in because they know someone who came here before. It's more about word of mouth than anything else. We try to keep the noise down out of respect for the other residents in the apartments. It can be a challenge balancing a medical facility in a residential block, but everyone seems to get along fine. We just go about our business, checking pulses, giving out medicine, and talking to patients about their recovery. It’s a steady pace most of the time. We are just local people working in a local spot.
