QASAR Builders is a private limited company based out of Palakkad. Our main office is at Kooriyattu Thodi House in Kizhayur, which is part of Pattambi. It’s a quiet enough area to work from. We’ve been in the building business for some time now. We aren't a massive corporation with offices in every city. We are just here in Palakkad, doing what we know. The work usually involves a lot of planning and then a lot of time on the ground making sure things are actually being built. Construction isn't always easy, and there are plenty of days where things don't go according to plan. We just take it as it comes. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work is just from being around and people knowing who we are. If you visit Pattambi, you might see some of the stuff we've worked on. Our office is just a regular house where we do the paperwork. We like to keep things simple and direct. We talk to our clients like neighbors because that’s what they usually are. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to build things that stay up and do what they’re supposed to do. It’s a practical way to make a living, and we’re okay with that. It's hard work but it is ours.
