We are located over on Valiyakulangra Road in Ottapalam. If you know the area, it's pretty quiet around here most days. Our building is at 10/330, and we’ve been operating out of this spot in Kanniyampuram for a good bit of time. It’s a decent place to work because it’s not too far from the main town, but far enough that we don’t deal with too much traffic noise. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the neighbors and the local shops well. We handle a lot of spices and different food items throughout the week. The air inside always has that scent of pepper or turmeric hanging around, which you get used to after a few minutes, but visitors always mention it. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just processing and packing things the way they should be done. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit muddy, but we manage to get the trucks in and out anyway. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. There’s no big hierarchy or fancy titles. We just show up, check the stock, and get to work. On Fridays, things usually get a bit hectic trying to finish the orders before the weekend. It’s a steady rhythm that we've followed for years. We’ve seen the road change over time, with more houses popping up, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. It's just a regular local business doing its thing and making sure we get the bags out on time.
