Palakkad Status Properties Private

Palakkad Status Properties is based at No.10 Hamda Plaza in Kunnathurmed. If you know Palakkad, you know it gets incredibly hot, so our office is basically built around the air conditioner. The plaza is a busy little place with different shops and offices, and we’re right there in the thick of it. Our space is pretty simple. We have a front desk that’s usually covered in paperwork and a couple of guest chairs that have seen better days. We don’t try to make it look like a fancy showroom. It’s just a place where we get work done. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about land and houses in the local area. The noise from the street comes in whenever someone opens the door, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and people talking. It’s a very practical environment. We have a small pantry in the back where we make coffee, and that’s usually where the best ideas happen. We’re not a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just us, working out of this plaza, trying to keep our records straight and our clients happy. Some days the dust from the road gets everywhere, especially when the wind picks up, but that’s just part of being in Palakkad. We wouldn’t have it any other way, really. We just take things one day at a time.
