Down in Palakkad, our spot is at Krishnasree Umanagar in the Kodunthirapully area. It’s a quiet enough place until the cargo starts moving. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our computers and a few landlines that never seem to stop ringing. Handling cargo in Kerala means we have to be ready for the weather and the narrow roads sometimes. We don't have a big lobby or anyone in a suit greeting people at the door. It is usually just one of us looking up from a screen to see who walked in.
