Down at Poopas Arcade in Olavakkode, that is where you will find Asva Cool Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are near the MES School, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing quite often. Palakkad gets incredibly hot, as everyone knows, so we are usually quite busy. Our office is more like a staging ground for our tools and spare parts. We have vans going in and out most of the time. The floors are often a bit scuffed from moving heavy cooling units around, and there is usually a ladder leaning against the wall somewhere. It is not a fancy corporate office with carpets. It is a practical space where we can grab what we need and head out to a job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at repair manuals. The Main Road outside is always moving, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, which is ironic for a place that fixes things, but we eventually get around to it. We are not really the type to wear suits or sit in meetings all day. We would rather be out fixing a unit or organizing the warehouse in the back of the arcade. It is just how we work. We have been in this part of Palakkad for a bit, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the town and the constant heat.
