Nice Catering Services Private Limited

Our kitchen is located in Palakkad, near the fire station in Kulappully. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the fire station is. We do catering, which means our schedule is never really the same from one week to the next. Some days we are up at four in the morning starting the big pots for a breakfast event. Other days we are cleaning up until midnight. The building at 21/355 isn't anything special to look at, but it has enough space for our stoves and all the big vessels we use. It smells like spices most of the time. We have a small team of cooks and cleaners who have been with us for a while. We don't have a big glossy menu or a salesperson. Usually, people just hear about us from their neighbors or see our van parked somewhere. Working in Palakkad means it gets very hot in the kitchen, so we have a lot of fans going all the time. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to rush to the local market at the last minute. It’s a bit stressful, but we’re used to it. We keep our records in a big ledger on the counter. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. We just focus on the cooking and getting the food out to the events on time.
