We’ve been around this area for a while and we know the local suppliers by their first names, which helps when we need something in a hurry. Our days are mostly filled with phone calls and site visits to check on progress. We try to stay organized, but in the building business, things always get a little bit messy. We just focus on the daily grind and making sure the work moves forward as planned.
