Rubfila International Ltd.

Rubfila International Ltd. is based in the New Industrial Development Area, which everyone around here calls NIDA. We are specifically on Menonpara Road in Kanjikode, Palakkad. Being in an industrial area means we are surrounded by other factories and a lot of heavy truck traffic. The weather here in Kerala can be quite humid, especially during the monsoon months when the rain really pours down on the roof. Our facility is quite large, but inside it is just people doing their jobs. We are not big on corporate talk or flashy presentations. Most of us here are local folks from Palakkad or the surrounding villages. We spend our shifts monitoring the production and making sure everything is moving along the way it is supposed to. The road out front, Menonpara Road, is always busy with lorries bringing in supplies or taking things away to different states. It can be a bit noisy, but that is the sound of work getting done. We have been a part of the Kanjikode landscape for many years now. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the day-to-day operations rather than anything promotional or fancy. We take our tea breaks and talk about the local football matches or the harvest. It is a solid, hardworking place to be, and we just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day to keep the place running.
