Majma Constructions Limited Liability Partnership is situated over at 9/440 in the Nagaripuram area. We are pretty close to the government school on the Pathiripala Kongad Road. It’s a local spot, and we like being part of the community here. We handle construction work for folks in and around the Palakkad district. Most of what we do is straightforward building—houses, small shops, and that kind of thing. We don’t have a big corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, one of us is just sitting at the desk handling the bills while the others are out at the sites. We started this because we liked building things, and we’ve just kept going. The office is often a bit dusty from the samples we keep around, like sand or different types of bricks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job so that the buildings last. Sometimes we run into problems with the ground being too hard or the rain being too heavy, but we just wait it out or find a way around it. That’s just life in construction. If you’re passing by the school, you can usually see our sign. We’re around most days, though we might be out getting materials or checking on a foundation. It’s a quiet way to make a living, but we enjoy seeing something new stand up where there was nothing before. It keeps us quite busy all year.
