Keralavikasana Nidhi Limited

Our office is over in Pathiripala, Palakkad. We are on the first floor of the Kh Building, Room Ix/510. It’s easy to find because we are right opposite the GVHS school on Kongad Road. You can hear the kids playing during recess, which keeps the atmosphere lively. Keralavikasana Nidhi is a small operation. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who manage the daily tasks. The road outside can get pretty busy with people traveling between Palakkad and the smaller towns. We see a lot of local farmers and shop owners who stop in to check on their savings. The office is pretty basic—just some tables, a few cupboards for the files, and a calendar on the wall. We don’t use any fancy software that’s hard to understand; we keep things where we can see them. It gets hot in Palakkad, so we usually have a bottle of cold water ready for anyone who walks up the stairs. People here don't want a sales pitch; they just want to know their money is safe and that they can talk to a real person. We provide that. It’s a straightforward life, and we like the people we meet every day. No corporate polish here, just a local office doing its thing on Kongad Road. We keep the doors open and the books balanced.
