Kera Nidhi Limited

Our location is out in Chanduruthy, in the Koduvayur area of Palakkad. The place is called Kizhakkam Padam Kalam. It’s a very rural setting, surrounded by greenery and plenty of coconut trees, which makes sense because we deal with coconut products. The air always has that heavy, sweet scent of coconuts. Most of our work happens in the open shed area where we process the husks and the nuts. It’s a physical job, and we all end up with dirty hands by the end of the shift. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just work the land and the machines we have here. The weather in Palakkad can be tough, either very rainy or very dry, so we have to plan our work around the seasons. Sometimes the tractor breaks down, and everything stops for a day while we wait for parts. We have a small office space for the registration papers and the basic accounts, but it’s mostly just a place to keep the rain off the files. The locals around Koduvayur know us well. We don't do anything too complicated. We just take what the trees give us and get it ready for sale. It’s quiet out here, away from the city noise, and we like it that way. It's just a regular farm-based business where we try to stay busy.
