Kartha Shells & Industries

We are located out in Palakkad, tucked away from the main city noise. It’s an industrial setup, so it’s much more about the work itself than how the building looks from the outside. We’ve been operating here for quite a while, focusing on shells and other industrial work. It’s physical labor and it can get really hot under the metal sheds in the afternoon. The team here knows their jobs well and they don't need much supervision. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just make what we make and sell it to the people who ask for it. The yard is usually full of raw materials and the constant sound of machines. It’s not a place for a suit and tie, that's for sure. Most of us have grease or dust on our hands by noon. We take our lunch breaks together under the shade of the trees when the sun is at its peak. It's a small community of workers here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. If someone needs a specific type of shell casing or an industrial part, they come to us because they know we've been doing this for years. We aren't looking to expand into some giant corporation. We like the size we are now because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. It’s a practical business built on years of work. Palakkad is a good place for it.
