You can find Sinicon Controls Pvt. Ltd. at Sinicon House, which is located in the Ida area of Kanjikode West in Palakkad. Being based in Kerala, we get quite a bit of rain, and the greenery around the industrial area is nice to look at from the window. Our building, V/57, is where all the control systems work happens. Inside, it’s a mix of electronic components, wires, and testing stations. We aren't a massive corporate entity; we’re more of a tight-knit group of people who know how to put these systems together. The workday usually starts with a quick tea and then everyone settles into their respective corners. Some are busy with assembly while others are sitting at the computers. It’s not a silent workplace; there’s always some humming from the equipment or people discussing a technical drawing. The industrial estate in Kanjikode is a hub of activity, so there are always trucks moving about outside. We’ve been here for a while, so the neighbors all know us. We keep things pretty simple. If something breaks, we fix it. If an order comes in, we get to work. We don't spend much time on fancy decor or marketing materials. Most of our space is dedicated to the actual production and storage of the controls we make. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment where we just focus on getting the day's orders finished and sent off on time. Everyone here just gets on with their tasks and ignores the noise outside.
