Jayon Implants Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the Industrial Development Area at Kanjikode. Our building is IV/1064, right in the heart of the Palakkad industrial zone. Kerala has a lot of greenery, but this specific area is all about factories and manufacturing. We’ve been here for a while, making different kinds of implants. It’s a serious environment because what we make has to be precise. The humidity in Palakkad can be a lot sometimes, but we have everything set up to keep the machines running right. There are a lot of other units nearby, so the roads are always full of lorries and workers. We have a decent-sized staff, mostly locals from the 678623 zip code area. Everyone knows their job and we don’t have much time for sitting around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job without any fuss. The factory floor is where most of us spend our day. It can get noisy with the equipment, but you get used to it. We keep things pretty simple in the office side too. We don't go for big corporate meetings or anything. We just look at the orders, check the quality, and ship them out. It is a straightforward way of doing business in a busy industrial hub. We like the work we do and we plan to stay here for many more years.
