Our unit is a practical space designed for handling fresh products, which means we have to be quite careful about how we manage our time. The building is a simple concrete structure. We’ve got a small crew of people who have been with us for a bit. The days can be long, especially when we have a lot of stuff arriving at once. We don't have a fancy showroom or a reception desk with a phone that never stops ringing. It's more about the physical work here. We spend a lot of time checking the temperature and making sure the storage areas are clean. The dust from the road can be a bit of a nuisance, so we’re always sweeping up. It’s a straightforward environment. No one wears a tie here; it’s all about being able to move around and get things done. We take our lunch breaks together in the small room at the back.
