Hanco Constructions Private Limited is tucked away on Mani Iyer Road in Kalpathy. Our office, Janaki Kripa, is right near Chathapuram Junction. If you know the area, you know it’s a place with a lot of history and old traditions. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. Building things in a place like Kalpathy requires a bit of care because of how the streets are laid out. We aren't doing any high-gloss corporate stuff. It’s mostly just us handling local construction projects for people who need their homes or shops worked on. The office at Janaki Kripa is usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and site notes. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you’re more likely to see one of us coming in with dust on our boots from a site visit. It’s a practical way to run a business. We know the neighbors and the local suppliers well, which helps when we need to get materials quickly. The heat in Palakkad can be tough, especially in the summer months, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to use big words to describe it. It's just about putting one brick on top of another and making sure it stays put. People around the junction know where to find us if they have a project in mind. We might be small, but we keep our promises and finish the work.
