If you're walking down Rs Road in Palakkad, you’ll find us in the Moopen Complex. Friends Mobiles Watches is just a small shop where we handle a bit of everything related to phones and timepieces. Kerala has its own pace, and here in Palakkad, we follow it. The complex is a busy place with different shops, but we’ve carved out our own little space here. We have watches on display and a workbench where we do all the service work. It's usually a bit messy with wires and small tools, but that’s just how a repair shop looks. We get people coming in with all sorts of issues, from a simple watch strap replacement to a phone that's been dropped in water. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what can't. There’s no point in promising something we can’t deliver. We’ve been on Rs Road for a while, and we know most of the other shop owners around here. It’s a friendly atmosphere, which fits our name. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us, working away every day. Sometimes the heat in Palakkad makes things a bit slow, but we keep the fans going and get through the work. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy to be part of the local community here in the Moopen Complex. We just try to do right by the people who trust us with their things.
