We are Five Cube Developers Private Limited, and you can find us at the Saidu Muhammed Building, 10/107-Q. We are located in Chalissery, which is over in the Palakkad district. If you know Palakkad, you know about the winds and the heat, and it’s no different here in Chalissery. Our office is a practical space where we sit down to draw up plans and argue about the best way to tackle a new project. We called ourselves Five Cube, but we aren't trying to be some edgy architectural firm. We’re just developers who want to get things built without too much fuss. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors and checking on the progress of various sites. It can be a bit of a headache dealing with all the moving parts, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't use any of that fancy corporate talk because it doesn't really mean anything when you're standing in a hole in the ground. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. We’re just regular folks working in a regular building in Palakkad. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We just want to finish the day knowing we did a fair job for a fair price. Some days are harder than others, but we keep at it anyway.
