ELORA BUILDING SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over in Malampuzha, specifically at 12/372 in the Cheriyath Building. This is a part of Palakkad that most people know because of the dam, but for us, it’s just where we live and work. Elora Building Systems Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We deal with building systems, which basically means we look at how things are put together. It’s not just about laying bricks; it’s about the whole structure. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a functional space where we keep our tools and our records. We spend a lot of time out in the field. Palakkad can be very dry, so we have to think about that when we are choosing materials. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know what we’re doing. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If someone needs something built, we just sit down and talk about the costs and how long it will take. Sometimes we have to wait for supplies to come in from other districts, which can slow things down, but we try to keep things moving. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Most of our clients are just regular people from around Malampuzha or Palakkad town. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for many more years to come. That’s pretty much us.
