Our place is called Daffodil, located on Puliyankavu Road in Karingarapulli. It’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a big city, which we like. Conceptual Equipments and Services is where we handle a mix of things, mostly related to machinery and technical support. We’ve been working from this spot for some time now. It’s not a huge setup, but it’s enough for what we do. We have some equipment here for testing and some space for the service side of things. Sometimes the road gets a bit dusty, and we have to keep the windows shut, but otherwise, it's a decent place to spend the day. We aren't big on corporate rules or anything. Usually, it’s just a few of us figuring out how to fix a client's equipment or planning out a new service schedule. We talk to people plainly and try to understand what they actually need instead of just selling them something. There are times when things get a bit disorganized when multiple orders come in at once, but we eventually sort it out. It’s a practical business. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time on our feet. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s just an office and a workshop where we get things done. We like the local feel of Karingarapulli and being part of the community here for the long run. It suits our way of working.
