Our clinic is located on the road between Koottanad and Thirthala, specifically in the Mezhathur area. We focus on Ayurvedic medicine and treatments, and the building is designed for exactly that. It isn't a luxury resort; it’s a place where people come for their health. We have treatment rooms and some basic accommodation for those who need to stay for a few days. The smell of herbs and oils is always in the air, which you get used to after a while. We spend a lot of time preparing the various oils and medicines we use. The staff here is trained in the traditional methods, and we follow a pretty strict routine every day. The building is functional with tiled floors that we have to scrub frequently because the oils can make them slippery. Outside, the road is busy with buses and cars, but we try to keep the inside as calm as possible. We have a small office where we keep the patient records and take phone calls. It’s a local business that has been around for years, and we don't feel the need for any corporate branding. We just focus on the treatments and making sure everyone who comes in is looked after. It’s a practical, hardworking environment where we stick to the basics of Ayurveda. The reception desk is just an old wooden table where we keep the register and the phone.
