Clearview Building Systems Private Limited

We are Clearview Building Systems, located out in Palakkad, specifically in Pattithara Panchayath. Our office is at Kundilpeedikayil in Kottoppadam-I. It is a quiet enough area, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise. We deal with building systems, which basically means we handle the parts of a building that keep it standing and looking right, like frames or windows. It is a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, but we like being in this part of Kerala. The pace is a bit slower than the big cities, and we know most of our neighbors. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees and expensive cars. We are just a local team that knows how to put things together. When people come to us, they usually have a lot of questions about materials and how long things will take. We try to be honest about it, even if the news isn't great. Some days are slow and some days we are rushing around to different sites across Palakkad. We don't have a big marketing department or a spokesperson. Most people find out about us because they saw one of our projects nearby or heard from a friend. We keep our paperwork in order at the office and spend the rest of our time out in the heat. It’s practical work. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on stay up and do what they are supposed to do.
