Chathamkulam Builders India Privatelimited operates right out of the Chathamkulam House in Kongad-I. If you know the area, you know Banglavu Kunnu. It’s a quiet place but we stay busy enough with the building work. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in the country, just doing what we know how to do from our home base. The house itself is where all the decisions happen. It’s a bit different than working in a big city center, but we find that things run smoother when you are close to the roots. We deal with all sorts of building projects. Some days are just filled with phone calls and trying to get supplies delivered to the right spot. It’s not always easy, especially with the local roads and the heat. But we've been at it long enough to know the tricks. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. It’s just us here at the house. We look at the plans, we talk to the workers, and we try to make sure everything stands up straight. It’s practical work. Sometimes the office gets a little crowded when everyone comes in at once, but we manage. You’ll mostly find us around Kongad, making sure things are moving. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until late. We just like building things that last and being part of the community here at Banglavu Kunnu.
