Central Kerala Nursery

You can find our nursery right on NH 47 in the Kannanur area of Kannadi. It is pretty hard to miss us because of all the green plants sitting out by the road. We spend most of our days out in the dirt. It involves a lot of watering, potting, and moving heavy bags of soil from one spot to another. The nursery isn't a perfectly manicured park. It is a working garden where things happen. It gets quite muddy whenever it rains, and we are usually covered in some kind of dirt or compost by the end of the day. We grow all sorts of different things here. It is just what we have always done. Being located on the national highway means there is a lot of dust and noise from the trucks passing by, but the plants seem to do okay. We have been here in Kannadi for a long time. It is a simple way of living. We do not have a big office or anything fancy like that. There is just a small shed where we keep our tools and the ledger for the day's work. People often stop their cars on the side of NH 47 just to have a look at the trees and flowers we have out. We just talk to them about what grows best in this local soil. There is no big sales pitch here. We just tell it like it is. It is an honest way to spend our time.
