Our place is at 33/513, in a building called Raag. We are situated in East Vennakkara, right near the Rukmani Clinic in the Nurani Post area. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the clinic. We handle various development projects around here. It isn't a massive corporate office, just a small space where a few of us sit and work through the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, but there is usually someone around to talk to. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, though it can get a bit busy with people heading to the clinic. We’ve been operating from this location for some time now. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations. We just take on local jobs and see them through. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or a project takes longer than we thought, but we just keep at it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We mostly deal with residential and some small commercial buildings. If you need to drop off something or just want to see how a project is going, you can just stop by. There’s no need for anything formal. We’re just local people doing our job in the building industry. It’s hard work, but we like seeing things get built from the ground up.
