This is the place for Builtech Ventures Llp. We are located over on Chittur Road, specifically at number 387 here in Palakkad. Our building is often called the Builtech Foundation building. It’s a decent-sized spot where we handle all our venture work. We’ve been part of the Palakkad landscape for a bit now. People on Chittur Road probably see us coming and going all the time. It’s a busy road, but our office feels steady. We are an LLP, which is just a way of saying we are partners in this business. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans or a big marketing team writing this for us. It’s just us. We focus on our projects and try to keep things moving forward. Sometimes the weather in Palakkad gets really hot, but we stay inside and keep at it. The 678013 area is our home base. We like being centrally located because it makes things easier for everyone. We have our routine. Morning coffee, checking the mail, and then getting into the meat of the work. There’s always something to do with the different ventures we manage. We aren’t a huge corporation with thousands of employees, just a dedicated group working out of the Builtech office. If you’re driving down Chittur Road, you’ll pass right by us. It’s a practical space for practical work. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. That’s how we’ve always operated here in this part of Palakkad.
